Robert F. Carroll, 79, a retired electrician for IBEW Local 99 passed away Monday, November 27, 2023 at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of Rhode Island in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Debra A. (Grace) Carroll for 34 years. Born in Central Falls, he was a son of the late Raymond and Edna (Stizpeck) Carroll. Robert was the loving father of David M. Carroll (Cheryl) and the late James J. Carroll, Sr.; loving grandfather of James J. Carroll, Jr. He was the brother of Raymond Carroll, David Carroll, Richard Carroll, Thomas Carroll, Mary Santangini, Patricia Carroll and Libby Brunette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He also leaves his devoted pet dog, Ziggy. Robert was an US Air Force Veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He traveled several times a year to the island of Antigua.
